Dearest Cafe,

It has come to my attention that the Right Honorable Lord Iggy-nton's beekeeping ways, while suitably idyllic and genteel, have considerable health risks which are increasingly evident. I therefore propose generating a series of alternate hobby proposals:

1. Gardening, like a true gentleman
2. Sharpening his thieving skills via Monaco like Monaco's Gentleman
3. Starting to write the FFVI 25th anniversary essay for me that I am probably going to forget to write myself
4. Returning to PhD-worthy analysis and/or continuing the essential work of MMC fanfiction, ideally in the same thread
5. Making sure that the outdoors are only encoutered via Bokujou Monogatari/Harvest Moon/whatever they're calling it now
6. Focus on becoming a true Gothic Londonian again
7. Other????

Please return all submissions in double copy to Professor Henry "Howlin' Mad" Moriarty to ensure a proper high-level intervention, or to Maou if you don't particularly care what happens next.

Actually, I already took matters in my own hands!
Spoon already has the best idea but unfortunately it involves going to Scotland, which, ehhhh, I feel like I have enough of the British islands for the moment.
Nobi suggested a similar activity, but with the almost as cute rhino beetles, however it also requires me to leave my house, this time to somewhere where the weather is not shit.

Other suggestions include chimera taxidermy, out-season-Easter-chocolate-hunting, or learning the good art of traditional south-of-France cooking to honor my ancestors. I could also take on the challenge of convincing Maou to play Hollow Knight before the game is released on the unwashed masses' consoles, but after my recent failure at convincing Nobi to give a fair chance to SF5, I'm not sure I'm up to the gargantuan task.

Since I'm incapable of taking any decision (or making any kind of effort), I'm currently waiting for the skies to send me a sign while playing a game where the character dies every 60 seconds. I'd like to say it makes me reflect on my life and stuff, but I'm mostly playing a game where the character dies every 60 seconds.

The Professor's food acousticophilia videos reminds me of the time I was thinking about buying a mandoline. When asking people what they thought about this kitchen appliance I was introduced to this instruction video that doubles as food porn. That hand with the thick gold watch dismissively flicking aside sliced produce to a relentlessly throbbing soundtrack creates a mixture of erotica combined with professional detachment.
