While Square's effort to focus audiences on Chrono Cross was very apparent, it was the three bombshells of games which caught the eyes of many audiences: The Bouncer, Chrono Trigger, and Parasite Eve2.

The Bouncer is Square's installment to the upcoming PSX2. While the graphics seemed impressive, the game itself was not playable at the time.

While Chrono Cross was very obviously anticipated by visitors, Chrono Trigger was an unexpected title to be present at the TGS. The classic RPG based on a world's timeline, is now being prted to the Playstation. While the game itself stays intact to the SNES version, animation clips featuring the artworks of Akira Toriyama are present.

Many machines of Parasite Eve were present at the show. With not many edges of playgons apparent, the game was well rendered. More details on the game have been written in a seperate article -check the Soup du Jour.

Another unanticipated game title was Chocobo Stallion, apparently directed by the same producer of the hit game Derby Stallion.  While this itself may sound and look cute, so were many items sold at Square's booth. <logo> <ad image>
