Too late. I experienced that yesterday. Tried to play some HD Remix (which I hadn't done in a while) and got this crap.

Speculation I heard at work today is that the PS3 firmware believes 2010 is a leap year so the consoles think it's the 29th and everything gets screwed up.
The Zune had a similar bug in 2008 that caused it to not function for an entire day (infinite loop in leap year calculation code). http://www.computerworld.com/s/article/9124638/Zune_chokes_on_leap_year_bug
