SNK announces that SNK Arcade Classics v.1 is scheduled for release in the US. Personally I was hoping for the Ikari Warriors games instead of the inexplicable re-release of the first AoF and FF games but SNK's library has always been on the lean side.

Eh, I don't own the AoF of FF collections anyway, and I'd rather get this for Shock Troopers, Last Resort, Top Hunter and Magician Lord more than the rest, since KoF94 was never that great to begin with and World Heroes Gorgeous is coming out this year.

It's got Sengoku too! I'm quite excited by this, and can only hope the emulation is good.
I'm extremely disappointed that they're dropping the 'Gorgeous' for the U.S. release of World Heroes, and will probably pick up the Japanese version at its inevitably reduced price when the U.S. one comes out.

Speaking of SNK classic compilations, what the heck ever happened to that SamSho collection that was announced about Nov. of last year? It was even announced for U.S. release if my memory serves me correctly, but I've heard nothing since then...
