I don't know what game it is that girl on the front page is playing but she is really jazzed about it.

Has there been any explanation for ODD and Seeds combination party yet? Whether there is or not I'm not looking forward to lines like "Seeds was unable to take root on its own" and other strained comparisions that will turn up when this gets reported by the videogame press.

Kyonshi walking ;3 as far as I can see, the main "negative" thing about "special move items" it's that perhaps it's most likely one per character; so, you only can do "something specific" that namco wants you to do.

This is similar to editting your characters in 5.0, where you could add items to the character, but most of the characters barly had any items, so it was more like an alternative predefined look instead of a "customization" option.

Soul Calibur 3 sort of combined with that to make me wonder if Namco still makes good fighters....was Tekken 5 any fun?

Well, despise what non sayers might say; tekken 4 had certain elements that where an "improvement" in the saga; to make long story short, tekken 5 was an attempt to beef up tekken 3, with more moves and the few good things that tekken 4 introduced.

If you don't like Tekken at all, then Tekken 5 isn't going to win you over, but if you have any love for Tekken in your heart, you'll probably be satisfied with the game. It was enough to make me interested, if not excited about Tekken 6.

My opinion is that Tekken is kind of lame and Tekken 5 is still Tekken, but it's the best damn Tekken it can be.

How many variations on the PS3 are there? Someone let me know when Sony finally decides on what the final specs and controllers for the PS3 are going to be. As of right now the PS3 still feels like a work in progress.

I won't hide the fact that the Samurai Spirits Tenka ranting was my doing of course, but since there were so many other things wrong with Tenka aside from SNKP going soft with a normally violent series, I don't mention it anymore, let alone the petition. Instead now I focus on other SS projects worth my time, like play testing a SSRPG translation project and creating my own Samurai Spirits game, which is coming along quite well actually.

Speaking of Sony messes, Monster Hunter 3 is slated for Wii now. Tohohoho.

Honestly, I thought they would make like "MH2.5" for Wii, then do MH3 on PS3 and 360. I'm a little bummed to not see MH3 with super pretty graphics, but I think the game will work extremely well with the wiimote. Actually, the controls in Zelda were a bit similar to what I'd expect.

I was really surprised that they actually confirmed that Monster Hunter 3 was originally planned for PS3 and that the PS3 isn't getting a Monster Hunter game anymore. I'd thought they'd make an upgraded one for PS3 or something.

You know, I used to really dislike Nintendo and despite owning one, I still scoff at the Wii from time to time, but really...thanks to Waluigi, I'm beginning to become a Nintendo fan again. I don't know what they were thinking, though...he's not appropriate for children.
