There are two vocal versions of that song, one sung by Risa Ohki for the Love Will Grow Album, and a superior (IMO) version sung by an unknown Finnish singer for the Dear Friends album. Sorry I can't help you on the latter one.

Wikipedia claims that it is Angelit, but given that there is no bar to retarded childdren writing entries there, I can verify when I get home to where my copy of Dear Friends is in the coming weeks.

Yeah I checked Angelit's official site and it's not mentioned at all in her Discography. I mean Máire Breatnach mentions her work on FFIV and Xenogears.
