I think the same artist also did the cover (again depicting K') on KOF 2001.
Does anybody know the name of the artist? From my research, it seems like the artist's name is Hiroaki, but it's hard to say because SNK has so many artists and their styles seem to vary depending on the work.

Recent SNK works... Promotional art (web site) -> 2003 In game art -> 2003
Promotional art -> XI (I'm not sure, but I don't think that Hiroaki has done ALL the promotional art for XI, the mook has a lot of illustration and can be found in www.orochinagi.com)
Other stars under Hiroaki's belt: Responsible for Garou WA; Buriki One and KoF 2000 art; also did the Biriki One Ryo Sakazaki and Geese AoF 2 cards in SvC: Card Fighter clash; and I don't remember what cards he did in SvC: CFC Expantion edition...
Edit: Both, the SvC: CFC E and CvS2: MF had some very big and clean wallpapers from Hiroaki, I remember that Siegfried's site; fightermania had them; but it has been so long since Siegfried has been around that I don't know if the site still exist.... or still has them XD

Hiroaki did the GBA KOFs art too, didn't he ?
I love his art for Buruki and KOF2K1/2K2 (almost as much as Nona's).
But his KOFXI work is so-so.
