Ober 80% of the men under 20 and women under 19 answered "in my room" .
- In the train or the bus : 33.4% - At work / school : 12.2% - At the bus stop : 9.1% - Outside or in a mall : 9.1％
What console ? GBA : 43.8％ Game Boy : 43.2％ NDS : 32.0％ PSP : 22.4％
Study made between the 4/18 and 4/25 on NTT Docomo's website, 5924 answers, 37.5％ men and 62.5％ women.
At least, SNKP's point of view is valid.

woah! them's some strange stats! that many people still play GB? And where did they find more women than men to answer the poll?

Since it was a NTT Docomo poll, it is highly possible that NTT Docomo also had this poll forwarded on their cellphone web service, hence touching anyone with a NTT Docomo cellphone and a bit of free time. I have nothing but chauvinist assumptions to defend what I am going to say, but I guess japanese women have more of a habit (and time on their hands) to answer those NTT polls than japanese men.
Oh and since I am on MMC: thanks to anyone who talked about Haruhi. I am not an anime guy, but it convinced me to give the series a try, and I love it so far (meitantei island, part one).
NOW IS TIME TO THE 68000 Z80 AND SH-2 HEART ON FIRE !!

This is one of the reasons holding me back from buying a Nintendo DS. There are a lot of titles I want to play but frankly when I owned the GBA, I never have time nor the will really to play it somewhere outside other than my room.
I'd rather just play New Super Mario Bros. on a giant tv as weird as it sounds.
