Graphic updates or not, I could never really see a stand alone 94R as a valid title for retail in this day and age. Personally with all the attention Street Fighter II: Turbo is getting I think SNK should release 94R as an Xbox Live Arcade title.

It confused me that they were thinking of bringing it over to start with. I once asked Ben Herman how the heck he expected to sell it, and suggested maybe it be offered as a bonus if you buy a few other games or whatever. He just grinned and said he'd charge full price.

The only thing that was a selling point of me of KOF94 was the USA team. Its a shame they haven't put them back into the main storyline.

If SNK bundled this with KOF MI2 (I mean, KOF2006), then I guess it would be cool. Still, I think SNK "Rebouted" the wrong game... they should have done KOF98.

I don't particularly find it to be impressive anyway, and I doubt this will really hurt that many people's feelings... I think most of the people who REALLY would have wanted it have either already imported it or obtained it through less legal means already.

I'm not pretty sure what the bonus where with the jp version of the game; but I heard that they where great; I was hoping that some or all of the bonus would be present in the US version, but that hopes are void now...

I never particularly liked KOF 94 to begin with, always felt a little funny to me. I did like 95 however.
