This is certainly good news. Canada was on the verge of becoming a Euro-leftist entity in North America. Now they are our allies again. It seems the rest of the world is slowly coming to its senses.

Canada has always been allies with the US. In the last few years the two countries have had disagreements over foreign policy but there's never been any 'hard feelings' like the US has had with countries like France.
What exactly is "Euro-Leftist"?
What do you mean "the rest of the world is slowly coming to their senses?" For the most part, the majority of the world still disagrees with US policy in Iraq. And there was also a big stink made because the US would not agree to lower their fuel emissions like everyone else.
