Just noticed that on Kaneko's designs for other companies besides Atlus there is the text "(c) Kazuma Kaneko/ATLUS". Does that means that those companies have to ask Kaneko AND Atlus to use the characters anywhere?
And I'm refering to the ones I know of: -Super Robot Wars 3 (Werkbau, Dis Astranagun, and a boss) -Devil May Cry 3 (Demon forms) -Zone of the Enders Anubis -2nd Runner- (Inhert)

As far as I understand, the answer is yes. However, it's possible that Atlus got exclusive rights to use those particular art pieces, so maybe you'd only have to ask them.
