Official as a "game tips published by a magazine" or a simple FAQ with info about the game??
If it's gameplay what you are looking for, then don't bother, it's simple and dull; if it is storyline then in perhaps I'll could help out, also in gamefaqs there is a FAQ with the game script.

No it was more fot the storyline, and colection part... Since I didn't paly it enough I didn't see all the endings (Mugenji, Oboro's amazone, Duruma....) And I was a bit curious to see if the bosses like Oboro did have a move list or not...

I actually got everything unlocked for that game, I couldn't stand doing the government Samurai, though, since they're so pathetically weak compared to everyone else, including the Oboro Amazons (actually the Oboro Amazons were pretty good).
Oboro doesn't have a movelist because you can't play as him. At all.
I found Kagami's sword in a junk yard. I will rule the world and find that truly good cup of coffee. "Dink-a-dink-a-dink-a-do."

That was my point.
Haven't played NGBC (Or any other game for the new Hardware yet), but if Shiki's anything like she is in SvC Chaos, I don't think I'm missing anything.
Got tired of her overprioritized uppercut/pokes and constant teleporting in that game.

I wish she was more like she was in SS64 2.
I have a surprisingly good memory of the characters in Warriors Rage, though, but I didn't like using most of them. I think I mainly stuck with Mikoto most of the time.
