Yeah, but he's the final boss, and from SF3 at least. SF Zero somehow manages to remain more serious than KOF, with "fighters who know some kind of martial art", even Sakura. There's no need for a crappy idol who magically knows how to fight because of a goddess. Also, I feel her fighting style doesn't really match the SF series ; Rose was the most magic oriented character, and she's still pretty classic compared to Ingrid. Kyôsuke belongs there much more than she does, and he doesn't belong to a SF game in the first place.

Oh, Oro, Gill and Gouki are all God like, but none of them have their powers... how shall I put this... come from the world of the beyond? Oro and Gouki got to their amazing levels through training, Gill got his powers through genetic experimentation. None of them are like, say, KOF's Orochi or the 8 heads of the Orochi where there powers come from 'beyond.'
I suppose the 'maybe' here is Vega(Cape) since we don't know much about Psycho Power's true origins. But I don't think we are supposed to know anyway. It may not be canon but the US SF comic's supposed to finally reveal his origin so we may learn something, or not, depending if Capcom decides to go along with what they say(but it seems pretty mute at this point with him being dead and all).
Ryu and Chun-Li forever!

Well, from that point of view you're right. He's not a god in the sense of having powers imbued from a divinity, but he's not just brutally strong, like Gouki and Oro are. Even if he's the product of experimentation, he's still the most godlike of all. Not in power or true origin, but in the general feeling.

Well, Chô Makaimura was already easier than Dai Makaimura, and given the current trend, I wouldn't be surprised if Kyoku was even easier. I wonder how many copies they plan to sell... A new 2D platformer ? in 2006 ?
Well, at least, this may be the first PSP game that may interest me. Not enough to buy the console, but at least, that's one.
Oh, and as for SFZero 3 Double Upper : I thought everybody agreed playing Vampire (chain combo and all) on PSP was terrible because of the thin console and the button layout ; do you really want to try some crazy original combo on yours ? I know I wouldn't.
And finally, since a PS2 port of SF Zero seemed pretty likely after Vampire Chronicle, I take this Double upper thing as a good premise. Or bad, depending on your views on the subject.

The biggest difference is that Chô became a learning game, while the others relied much more on your reactions to random events. Once you know what to do in Chô, you can finish the game with the eyes closed, even without the arrows.
I played it once a few month ago, I totally forgot what was going on, but somehow, my mind knew what to do and played the exact same way I did when I was in high school. Several times, I wondered "hey, why did I jumped there ?" only to find out the jump was essential to evade a fast projectile I didn't see coming, or to make a treasure appear. I even had the good timing for the hardest double jumps, it was like watching a superplay video, only I was holding the controler.
EDIT : Anyone who believed that stupid SF4 rumor deserves to be disapointed. This was stupid from the very beginning, even before Capcom announced it was an action game.
