I'm bored so here's something I learned watching Mythbusters last week:
Hair Gel + Oxygen Rich atmosphere of a fighter jets cabin + Spark = Fiery Explosion that would burn ones head to a crisp.
Ergo, Charlie and Guile are just asking for a fiery death (well, er, I guess Charlie took a more straight forward approach to getting one in SFA3, but Guile is still tempting fate)
Discuss! or call me stupid for mentioning this.

Personally I'd be more worried about how they're too cool to wear helmets and oxygen masks when they're flying jets.

Yeah, and even if they could eject before it's too late, they couldn't make a quick parachute with wooden sheets either... (man that show is awesome!)
I guess with such hairstyles, they could catch fire anywhere though... not just a confined jet cockpit...

Hey I wouldn't know. If i did know, I would probably be silenced or kept locked away by agents.

Not at all! Baghead, you're a champion for asking the questions no one has dared to. In fact, hair-related mishaps happen all the time in Street Fighter's world, but Capcom's corporate media execs censors them out.
