FYI:
this forum is full of elitist fashion freaks and at least 2 actually (purportedly) gay people, both of which speak French (likely not a coincidence).
Most of the time when we act like jerks we're really just kidding. There's this one guy... shingo2kblahblahblah or something like that... i think we've stopped acting like jerks towards him (even though he deserves it) because we're bored of it.
Almost everyone here is a flaming fanboy of something or another.
Don't worry about the quality of your english, because at least 3 people here border on incoherent or are coherent but are totally obnoxious. The community here is small enough that nobody ever has been banned (to my knowing) because that would probably zap a good 8% of the population. Also, some of us write in broken english on occasion for effect. Nobody can tell if Iggy does it intentionally or not.
The guy who runs this site is real, but he's been caught in "real life" stuff for years. More likely, there just isn't enough new 2D fighting game stuff out there these days to regularly update a site anyway.
Some threads start off with the words, "OT". This is semantically incorrect, since no thread can be OT on this board, though there can be OT posts within a thread.
Random catchphrase here you may encounter:
"i cannot read your chinese websites"

Oh, and everyone here knows what Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is, so talk profusely about it and revel in its aesthetic and we will all think that you are cool like us.

I think this post should be used as template in a sticky welcome thread.
I mean, if we ever welcome any new member.
Also, my english is a useful tool to check how much sleep I had the last night, what kind of alcohol I drank, in what positions I fucked that hairy guy at the bar, and if the hairy guy had a melodica or not.
