Now if only they would make the sequel it so richly deserves.

Well, I bought Rez in Japan and have been playing it on and off. I really enjoy the game but I need to get more into it...

I'm saying OMG OMG because I can't f*cking believe it... they had UNDERWORLD and APHEX TWIN signed on... but it didn't work out...

I LOVE those artists... if they are in the sequel... if there ever is one.... man ... I love ambient and experimental electronica...

Amazing article. Thanks for the link.

Fatboy Slim is enjoyable, but I can't imagine it in Rez unless it was some of his darker stuff.
They call Aphex Twin "Intelligent Dance Music" (IDM) but if you've ever seen people try to dance to it, it seems like an ironic title. Never considered Aphex in Rez before, but it's beyond perfect. A sequel with some bigger names in the mix could really boost sales.

IDM is a great pun. Dancing to it would probably look like spasming.

That kind of experimental electronica is really my favorite though... it's definitely an acquired taste though... =P

Back on topic, if there was ever a sequel to Rez, what would you put in it?

Also, die hard Rez people... how do you get the most mileage out of the game?
