I LOL at Hideo Kojima's insanity.

Bahahahaha. Was hoping it might actually be a Nanaca reference specifically, but awesome anyway.

Man, I love Konami. Aside from that old Summoner Geeks video by..... can't remember the name of the company, Konami's one of the only companies I've ever seen play around with their game models once their project is finished.

I find it hard to believe that a game can become an international internet meme and a few weeks later Hideo Kojima decides, out of pure coincidence, to make a web-only video where a guy gets hit by a bike and goes flying through the air.

Not only did MGS2 repeatedly mention the internet and the concept of memes, but it was also one of the first console games to give its players rankings on the web. It's not like we're talking about a guy who can't even check his e-mail.

Well, it was mostly the lack of him being combo'd off anything I guess. But sure! I was totally unaware of any of those facts!

That may be, but people getting hit by automobiles and going flying isn't new.

Hah. Well I'm joining 'this is obviously a deliberate reference' club. Sure, it's subtle, but come on.
