As usual during one of our Gaming/pizza week end with some friends, we've fallen on a question that would be so important for the future of mankind....
"Who will be, Ash's rival in the next KOF??"...
All of us seems to have a different opinion, so what about you?
IMO, I think that Adel will make it.....
There is two infinite things in the world. Universe and Human stupidity...Well for the universe I'm not sure....

Did Ash have a rival in 2k3? No really did he, I don't know myself.
In the 3 Sacred Team's ending, it showed his true intentions leaving both Iori and Kyo pissed.
Second quarter of 2005, there are still no news of the next KOF. Is NGBC out yet?

Well digitalboy, you still got to endure one more month before Nejibako is out.And it's likely that after it's released and dealt with, only then will we get the first look at the new generation of The King Of Fighters.

All of us seems to have a different opinion, so what about you?
In my opinion I think probably K' would be Ash's next rival,as much as he tends to duck and dodge kof he seems to be pulled back into it in some form or fashion. Probably an unexpected rival at the most since Kyo and Iori would be at Ash the majority of the time.

I think Ash doesn't need any new rival at the moment, Kyo and Iori are enough. This kind of "triunvirate of flames" or "bizarre flame triangle" thing has a lot of potential, Playmore plot makers only need to be a bit creative, and develop a bit of a background story and a brand new final boss. If so, there goes KOF'05, as simple as that.

Well it's not that he needs it, but we all know that all the KOF story arc goes the same way... 94 Kyo-->95 Iori then 99K'-->2000 Kula... It's more than possible for him to have a rival....

Capcom will license out Remy to be Ash's rival. Instead of an all new sprite he'll be a head swap of Ash with green hair and without that Gwen Stacy hairband.
