First up:

What in the world happened to MangaZoo?!?
This takes 'under construction' to a new level.

NekoNeko Soft announces the grand opening of their Parlor NekoNeko. Check out what they have on each floor! A beautiful business concept, I wish them the best of luck.
Not April Fool's related, but also check out their 30,000,000 hit commemoration wallpaper. 30,000,000 hits! Quite nice, and there's also a (not worksafe) ero version too.

My favorite was the year the Professor re-made the site into a center for culinary discussion. Insert Credit Cafe was also a well executed gag on the part of exodus.

I'm sorry I started some stupid Pope argument. I didn't hold any ill will toward the Pope and I'm not glad he's dead outside of the fact that he's been struggling in poor health for a long time. That doesn't make him above being joked about, though.
