Steam Boy : not up to the hype behind it.
Tokyo Godfathers : the weakest of the recent works of Kon. Which also means it is far above 90% of any other movie produced in Japan since 2003 that doesn't have Devil in the title or doesn't have a director that has died recently from all the hate directed toward his movie.

Hahah, it's probably the most unhelpful rendering of the world I've ever seen. I mean, if you were transcribing the Japanese for writing Appleseed you end up with Appurushido, but that just looks silly. Anyway, I remember hearing very good things about Appleseed back in the day, as one of the classics. Unless they made a new one, that is...

The only title I recognize is Appleseed and there was a new movie released for it in 2004. It was probably visually impressive but I'm not sure about how good it was.
