I just rented this at Blockbuster, and at that time that was my favorite anime during that era. Most of all, I loved the soundtrack a lot. It sounded really hypnotic and relaxing. Does anyone know soundtracks similar to this, with a lot of passion in the vocals, and catchy instrumentals?

Not me.
Although if you want to listen good anime music, just try Kitaro's Queen Millenia OST. It has great vocals, and lots of relaxing themes.
