I believe the OST has been mentioned here before, so I'll give it a shot. Anyone who has it and is willing to give up the goods? (no, I don't want your CD...)

Matrimelee had, to me, one of the more inspired soundtracks and I'd love to get my grubby mits on it so I can listen to it till my head explodes. While I could listen to it in-game, the quality of the OST is vastly superior.

So, anyone with a bunch of files burning holes in their HDs/CDs/DVDs? Please? :)

The complete OST of Gôketsuji has not been released yet.
The preorders have just opened, and it will only be done if they get enough preorders.
Finally, you can't preorder from outside Japan.

...what? I'm talking about the OST for Matrimelee _only_ here, which was released by Noise Factory in limited quantity some time (years?) ago, not _all_ Power Instinct games altogether.

If the CD Box finally appears, it will be available at cocoebiz for special order. So yeah, that means we people outside of Japan might get it.

No, no, I meant "if there are enough preorders, they will indeed make the pack. If there is not enough, they won't do it. Also, if you want to buy it after the preorder time, you're screwed". Konami made things like this for I don't remember what OST of Beatmania, I think.
At least that's what I understand. Of course, if they get 10 times more preorders than expected, they'll think twice.

I have/had previous Power Instinct osts and they kind of suck even for pre 95 standards. Groove On and Matrimelee are the only ones worth getting unless your a completist. 100 dollars would be better used towards one of coco's shmup sets.

Totally agreed. I ordered today the matrimelee one only. I think I'm not enough a fan of the serie to bother with the calendar.
By the way, as hard as I look, I can't find what Iggy said about Noise making the box if they have enough pre-order. It just says that they'll produce/send only the pre-ordered quantity. Pre-order should be placed before end of the week.
They at first tought of selling the box only, but since it's rather expensive, they decided to allow separate purchase of the OST. Meaninig to me that if you order the box, you'll get the box, no matter what... can't wait to here subarashiki intanetto in CD quality...

I believe the thing about requiring enough pre-orders before the boxset will be made is mentioned on Noise Factory's page for the Power Instinct boxset here: http://www.noise.co.jp/shop/goukethuzi.htm

Or maybe they're just saying that they will only produce the number of boxsets/CDs that are pre-ordered...

Anyways, I definitely want the Matrimelee OST, but I feel as if I should get the whole set since it will be so limited. What a dilemma.
