BTW does anyone have a problem with ebay? Each time I try to use their search I am always getting a "technical difficulties" page on their part.
edit: Amazon.co.jp doesn't have this book either.

eBay does not have it yet.
That is the reason why I can not buy it from that provided link. I have tried buying something or registering from a Japanese site before and they require a Japanese address. I haven't tried to buy from that place but you are right: they only sell it within Japan for now until it becomes available on Amazon.co.jp.

Does Tokyo Central can send their stuffs in France ? Because I want it too ! T__T
I checked my account at Tokyo Central and it has France as one of the countries listed for accounts. But as far as shipping goes...I do not know. I can not help you there. I guess you can do a trial and error purchase. If you do order it, make sure you get EMS. I picked AMS instead and before I realized it, it was too late. =(

EMS and AMS is the shipping and handling services that Japan provides.
It is explained on Tokyo Central.
In short: EMS shipping you can track and faster shipping (pay more I think twenty cents cheaper) and AMS is the cheapest one they provide I think twenty cents more. There is not any tracking information nor is it fast.
