Well, apart from the usual babelfish crap I get, I noticed that the game is set in February(likely clue for the release of the game)2017, and about the two new characters being secret agents who work with an organization called WAREZ.That's all there is translation-wise for now.We'll get the whole picture later.
There is a difference between doing it FIRST and doing it RIGHT.

Asura seeks revenge on Yuga in this tournament, 'cause he's been sealed away all this time and stuff.
Ai and Yuuki are agents hired from the government in order to defeat WAREZ.
Shiki was brought to this time to serve as the model of some kind of warrior-creating-experiment and wants to go back to Yuga (not sure about this one).

Oh, so the new blood are the secret agent good guys, this organization(I smell that N shit someone already mentioned all over again) are the bad guys and somehow these legendary warriors are into the play.Anyway, who gives a damn about the story, it's the game that will matter.Catch you later.

If the boss does turn out to be such and they named some of his moves 'Billy Jr', 'NRX' and 'Encrypted,Decrypted' this would be the greatest game ever.

Sounds to me like they plucked Asura straight from the beginning of SS64-2 and Shiki from the beginning of SS64, before she met Asura and rebelled against Yuga. Funky.
