In all about capcom it says he's a man. I'm sure he wasn't a man when they made her originally. Then they let the Super Nintendo confusion infulence their official decree as to her sex. I would've just said that the guy in SNES Final Fight was a stand in.

Poison is a shemale. Why is this so hard for people to accept? And the "beating a woman" thing started even before it was ported to the SNES; even if they changed her to a new-half in response to this, she's DEFINATELY one now (And I think both they AND doujin artists get a kick out of it! I know I do. HAW HAW)
