I wonder what's taking them so long, since everything seems taken from the original dôjin game... If they want their game to beat Nejibako, all they have to do is to make a good game, after all.

Eh, I'm just hoping it isn't as big an offender on the copipe antics like both SvC and CFJ were. It seems like they're working on a lot of new sprites...but that doesn't mean they'll be good, necessarily.

I'm not quite sure why people care about Melty Blood AC so much. Is it that exciting to imagine playing it in arcades?
As for Nejibako, I just hope for a home port that comes as quick as CFJ's did. It's not like SNK will be jeopardizing NeoGeo sales anymore. So if people get a mediocre product, they at least won't have paid $300 for it. Well...actually, I don't know that. The PS2 version of Nejibako may be 28000 yen for all I know. After all Dragon Quest 8 was more expensive for NO REASON.

Checking the webtsite again they updated that the test date and location is moved to an unconfirm date.
I wonder why.

Hamapika, which is, well, Hamapika, says there already was a beta test in early december, but it was kept secret and nobody knew about it. The reason why you wouldn't advertise such a test is beyond me. Well, except if you know you are doing a really, really bad game, that is.

First, it is not very common to see doujinshi games make it all the way to arcades.
Second, this is possibly the only chance I have to show that doujinshi games can be taken seriously.
