Nintendo
releases Super Mario RPG2 Info & Images (1/15/00)
Nintendo has released information
and images of their Super Mario RPG2.
In super Mario RPG2, Princess Peach (Princess Toadstool) gets
captured by Koopa/Bowser yet again like in most of the previous
Super Mario games And again, it is up to Mario to go on a dynamic
adventure and rescue the princess.
While the base system
of the game may seem more similar to the usual "Super Mario"
action game than its RPG prequel, some aspects of Mario RPG
1 such as the consequtive jumping on opponents with correct
timing on the A button, still exists.
Mario can also use items
to defeat opponents, and partners such as the flying turtle
"Palette", will assist Mario on his long journey.
Super Mario RPG2 is developed by Intelligent Systems Inc, marketed
by Nintendo Co.
The game is scheduled for release on Nintend64within the year,
priced at 6800 yen.
