News From 11/26/01 Square CEO Suzuki to resign President seat; COO to take over (Bloomberg Japan) [ Link: Bloomberg Japan | Article ] (11/26, Bloomberg Japan) Effective December 1st, current President and CEO of Square Hisashi Suzuki will resign seat as president to current Square COO(Chief Operating Officer), Youichi Wada. Suzuki's resignation is speculated as the result of Square's failure in the movie industry, and the company's downswing to deficit. After December, Suzuki will seat as chairman while Youichi will seat as president and COO of Square. Under Youichi, Square will depart from their current strategies which is unfocused on success, and will select and concentrate on future business. Watanabe Seisakujo- Party Breaker "Subaru" Add-on Patch Released [ Link: Watanabe Seisakujo ] Popular doujin software group Watanabe Seisakujo has released their additional "Mikage Subaru" character patch for Party Breaker in 11/25 through a convention, "BNL". The 25MB (21MB compressed) patch can currently be downloaded via Watanabe Seisakujo's Party Breaker section (Q&A), and a number of other sites which are contributing as mirrors. Re-distribution/hosting of the patch is allowed to be done freely. The Subaru patch is announced to be the first and last character add-on patch for Party Breaker. For Mirror locations, note the Bulletin. Short Comment- If you're downloading from WinMx or other areas, please be careful of potential viruses. Downloaders may want to think of hosting the patch for other fans. "Psychic Force 2021 Reprint Edition" Demo released (Impress Gamewatch) [ Link: Impress Gamewatch | Section ] Impress Gamewatch has released the demo of Taito's "Psychic Force 2021 Reprint Edition". Originally released in 1999, the reprint edition released by Unbalance Co., is priced at 3980 Yen and comes with a character sketch collection. The game runs under Windows 98/ME/XP.
