(Gpara.com, GameSpot Japan) 11/1- SNK's parent company Aruze has revealed that stockholder(s) of SNK have filed suit against them and 5 executives of SNK. Stockholder(s) have claimed to seek damage for 27.5 Billion Yen regarding the bankruptcy of their company declared by the district court of Osaka in 10/30.

The suit claims that SNK and Aruze exposed SNK to financial damage when Aruze purchased their shares in December of 1999 to become their major stockholder. While SNK's capital increase through third-party allocation was 6,500 Yen per stock, Aruze received at 1,000 Yen per stock, which the plaintiff sees as the reason to SNK resulting in bankruptcy. While the suit was first claimed in April and then reclaimed on 6/27, it was not revealed by Aruze until bankruptcy was officially declared by law in 10/30.

Aruze expects the suit to have no effect since their third party auditor evaluates the price to be appropriate, and since SNK did not file any bankruptcy related procedures until March of 2001.

As stated earlier, the Madman's Cafe will not be distributing any material related to the 2ch KOF2001 movies- it will,. however, be releasing news related to the footages.

A Japanese 2ch user identifying him/herself as "Game Center Nanashi" has mailed the Madman's Cafe, KOFCartel and Orochinagi with a contribution of the key file required to generate the recent coded movies. While Nanashi's mail address will be held by request, the mail goes as follows.

(Gpara.com) Marvelous Entertainment has announced their upcoming Gameboy Advance version of KOf, "King Of Fighters -Neo Blood" to be released in two forms- software only, and special GBA set.

The GBA set comes with a special edition of the GameBoy Advance, ptich black with the symbol marks of Kyo Kusanagai and Iori Yagami's clans on the bottom of the screen, and portraits of the two characters in the back. Photos of the actual machine will be released later through Gpara.com.

King Of Fighters EX -Neo Blood- is scheduled for release in 1/1/02, priced 5,800 Yen (software only) or 15,600 Yen (special set).
