Short Comment: Final Batch of KOF2001 Footages scheduled to come, But...
A Final batch of KOF2001 footages should be released by contributor "Sakura" in 2ch today. If you want a firsthand view, go check out the Threads(probably the 1st one)- the other links are in yesterday's news.

In further notice, the contributor(s) giving out the KOF2001 Videos seem to be strongly protesting of them being hosted by external sources. In respect, the MMCafe itself will not be collecting or directly distributing any further footages, since
this is not the same case as the Capcom vs SNK 2 videos where the release was under the Madman's Cafe. The MMCafe will, however, follow up on future news of any new or hosted footages..

To those who do do not understand why the contributors detest their footages from being re-distributed, Filming of Beta tests are is prohibited to begin with. Fundamentally, the contributors want fellow KOF fans to see the footages, but they don't want their releases to spread too much since it's taboo to begin with.

The contributors only want them released under their own community (the Japanese BBS) alone, proven by the fact there there are no complaints when mirrors are posted within the BBS without prior permission. Unfortunately, the Bulletin is primarily in their language, making it hard for any foreigner to go in, likewise to Japanese karaoke pubs in the States. That is why people like myself and Chupiler who have some decent knowledge in the Japanese language, try and distribute for the sake of the less lingual.

Since its Establishment in 1994, the goal of the Madman's Cafe has stayed the same: to bring game news to fans all over the world, and especially to places where news is rural.
Unfortunately not everyone shares the same ideal, but their opinions will still be respected.

MSNBC Reports on Xbox, Not too Positive despite same Parent Company

(MSNBC) "They truly believe they're on schedule," said a software engineer from a major U.S. game publisher at the time. "They're viewing it as a software project, where you miss all your milestones but you somehow make your ship date. They've never done hardware on this scale before, so they don't know that optimistic schedules don't work." "
