Outline of Square Investors Meeting from 4/05 reported by MSN Money

In an article by MSN Money and Multex Investor Japan, a number of points from Square's investors meeting in April 5th are outlined. The points reported goes as follows.

1- Under the leadership of the new company president Yoichi Wada, Square will focus on their main business of video games from now on. Unlike in the past year, funds will not be dispersed to other fields outside of games.

2- Hit products such as Chrono Trigger, FF Tactics, Seiken Densetsu and Parasite Eve, will be reproduced.

3- No major projects will take place, other than the Final Fantasy series. Even the FF series will be expanded by spin-offs such as sub-series focused on certain characters in the game(s), starting from Final Fantasy 12.

4- This fiscal year will be a preparation period for the next year, used to change the production line and other factors. Square aims to profit 4 - 6 billion Yen in stand-alone games and 1 - 3 billion Yen in online games by the end of the next fiscal year.

"Terminator 3 - Rise of the Machines" - First Photo shots Released

Hollywood news site "Aint It Cool News" has released the first photo shots of the blockbuster movie featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger, "Terminator 3 - Rise of the Machines".

"Terminator 3 - Rise of the Machines" features John Conner, "who now runs a computer programming company, hacks into Cyberdyne Systems' and discovers a top-secret operation "Skynet." Soon after, a pair of terminators are sent from the future: the T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is to protect him from the T-X, a female terminator that's able to change shapes, disappear altogether, and is nearly indestructible." The movie is directed by Jonathan Mostow. John Conner is reported to now be played by Nick Stahl, and actoress Kristanna Loken will be taking the roll of T-X.

Final Fantasy XI Opening Trailer released
