TheRage once misplaced one of my orders (or it got lost in the mail, I dunno) and never bothered to do anything about it. Sure, they don't have to, but I'm pretty sure NCS would have.
NCS is my main choice for any imports (and I live in Sweden). They are always extremely fast. Often I get games 2-3 days after the Japanese release date. However, Play-Asia has more stuff so I'm thinking of ordering from them next time. Oh, and NCS has a horrible search system, if you don't know exactly what you're looking for, forget it. Browsing is ridiculous.
Lik-Sang are okay but the third party music controllers I bought from them all have issues (well, duh). Lan-Kwei might have straightened up, but I'm never ordering from them again after that 6 month wait and bickering...

I would say Play Asia is the best, cuz now I after they merged merged with Play-Asia.com in the 5th of April 2004, they became even bigger.
I place orders every two weeks and the last two weeks I ordered lots of stuff like the limited edition for Street Fighter 3rd Strike, 2 units of Sonic Adventure 2 Birthday Pack, A big and cool-looking Sonic action figure, some PSone games which they'r sold out now in the shop like Xenogears, FF 7, FF 8, 15 copies of Naruto 2 on Game Cube.
Play Asia also has a Weekly Special Area placed in the main page of the site. There you can find the cheapest prices of games on the net.
BTW, I live in Saudi Arabia and IF I choose the EMS shipment, my stuff takes only four days to arrive.
Play Asia Rulez, that's all I can say about 'em.
