Well, I guess Iggy is my "favorite", but I can't ignore how everything snkneoshingo2k3 says sounds like an advertisement for something or a preview for the next episode of some cheap children's show...or perhaps he sounds like a wrestler? Or wrestling announcer? Any way, that doesn't make him much of an asshole.
I guess JJJ is an asshole, but he's mostly just scary and screwed up.

Painshop pro comes with a 'animation pro' gif maker program that did included some tutorials 'for the brain dead AOL user', even I was able to make some gifs with it, so I trust you'll do well with this...
In the other hand, you could mail me or link to me the images you want to animate and I could do the work.... Or better yet, get someone to make the work for me (insert self satisfied evil grunt here); as a monthly bonus I could do some desktop icons with the images ;P
