Thought of starting a thread about him. Been experimenting him with different moves. Man its so funny. I tried the original Ky move for RY II. I also tried RY II Jam style.
Man all his copied moves look darn Goofy.
Also it seems I can't get to change his DMs. Let me Figure this out.
P.S. I post pictures of RY II Jam style tomorrow. Darn sleepy.

I wonder what his Potemkin moves look like... Does he has the same reach ? And if not, they must be useless, aren't they ? And what about Zappa's ghost, or Eddy's shadows ?

Hmm I'm not sure about Zappa's ghost or Eddy. I do know Dizzy's Ice fish attacks for him became a mechanial bird shooting out lasers.
Yes his own pot buster had same reach and same damage or even more if you add attack chip to him.
He does it the same way as Potemkin does. Grab you by 2 hands. Hands light up he jumps and down and boom. The CPU control Y II even FRC that move.
I also realise there's FRC chips for sale at the factory along with the other stuff.

Hows the Yellow FRC work?
are all the moves selectable to give to him? I know he's limited with his 'lanes' for the amount of powerful moves, I'm eager to see if he can do stuff like Eddy's flying and ground teleport antics. And of course some Sol moves :D

Ok I hope I give a clear explaination about robo ky II factory mode here.
I explain the yellow FRC chip first. You first buy the chip then insert the chip to a move to let the move gain FRC when its normally not possible. Of course the only way to find out the timing for it is to go training mode. Enable the button input progress bar. So when the move is executed and it flashes you know that the point to FRC.
Ok now onto the explaination of RK II factory. Bascially Robo Ky II comes with all the standard Robo Ky moves at first. In order to gain new more different moves. You need to play Scramble Mode in RK II factory mode which is actually GG boost with RK II only.
You gain points by defeating enemies in that mode. Point is calculated by using your score in the Scramble mode removing the last 2 digits of youe score. After every stage in Scramble you be given a choice to exit scramble mode. There's no penalty for leaving the mode via this way and you gain all the points you scored during the play. If you die half way in the stage you only gain half of the points you earned so beware.
To get new moves, movement ability(Etc Eddie's Flying) and Status mode chips(Atk chips for increasing ATK, speed for speed and so on) you need to use points you acquired in Scrambled mode and buy the revelant things.
Regarding the moves avaliable. There's only a fix set of moves you can buy and you can't just assign it any moves you like. (Ok this is gonna to be a bit hard to explain)
Remember the original Robo Ky has a set of 6 moves he has? For each of the moves there's a set of other characters move you can change it to. E.g. is the horse riding move for Robo Ky. So one of the customisable moves to replace that current move is Ky's Greed Saber. You can't replace that move with Potemkin Buster as that move is in the slot which is Robo Ky's original grab move.
Sounds restricting? Actually it has already alot freedom then I can imagine. One thing. Usually the copied moves he does it his way like I said which is often Goofy look. E.g. Ky's Stun viper when he uses it is different. He becomes a F1 Formula race car moves forward hits opponent, stops, turns his head around shooting laser from his eyes. Wacky =p
I hope this explains abit on RK II factory mode.
P.S. Which also mean Robo KY II is one of the characters with the highest amount of character sprites drawn in the whole Guilty Gear series now O_o Amazing.

Sorry. Think there's some wrong understanding of the yellow FRC chip. Its actually FRC that only consumes 15% of your Energy bar.
Also here's a picture of Robo Ky MK II doing Dragon Blade(Jam's dragon blade)
"Robo ky MK II - LOL" 
is the horse riding move for Robo Ky. So one of the customisable moves to replace that current move is Ky's Greed Saber. You can't replace that move with Potemkin Buster as that move is in the 
slot which is Robo Ky's original grab move.
