It's in Greman but the point is simple. Run around and avoid the cops, pick up rocks and throw them at windows (with spacebar) and set mailboxes, cars and such on fire (stand in front of object and press space bar). That's all I can understand, but man the game is super fun!

I've only found the three. One above the car on the top road, one in the pink store, and one in the bottom right of the map...
