It's a Working Designs game so it's anywhere from June 21 to who the hell knows.
On a related note it's been almost 7 months since their last website update. I'm convinced that they are a front for some kind of drug/slave trafficing cartel since there's no way a company could stay afloat releasing 1 niche game every 3 years.

The short answer: no.
The long answer: hell no. If Growlanser were anywhere near done, WD would have updated their website to let people know.
On a related topic, am I the only person that thinks WD may be on their last legs? They haven't announced a new game in over 2 years and they've been incredibly quiet of late... even the usually loud and opinionated Vic Ireland. The vast majority of niche Japanese games are now being translated/released by their parent companies, Atlus, and others.
Smells like doom.

Phantom Brave, SMT3, and Tales of Symphonia are all coming out soon. Save your money and wait for them. I can confirm the first two are great and the third is supposed be to be very cool as well, but everyone who has played Growlanser 2 and 3 rates them as mediocre at best.
Updated when I can... which isn't very often. ^_^;;

Atlus chopped off WD's head and stole their powers. Atlus releases games at a relatively fast pace and maintains the original vision without screwing around with random stuff.

I hear Vic's disembodied head turns people into idiots.

I am a big RPG collector, so good chance I'll buy all of them.
