I got a big trouble on my CPU, since it's and complex error (it seems) I'll try to be as clear as I can, still some detail from French to english may be not 100% right so sorry.

1st my CPU works on windows 98, and the trouble it self make a window open telling me taht "Explorer" (NOT internet explorer) have made a failure and will close, if I close this window Explorer shut down and obviously the CPU is unusable.

The error windows details says that a files make the error, I've found the file, it' a Temporary file from the Windows\Temp folder.
and it's a TMP file (with a stupid name like 7280758576.TMP)
But and her things start hard "He" is indestructible.... I've tried to delete it, moves it, rename it, nothing work windows tell me that impossible. I've launch a Scan disk, antivirus nothing detect any error or virus.

So I've tried some other way like running the CPU in "faultless mode" (no sure of the English therm for that) there I've found it deleted it, but when I've restarted the CPU this fuc**** file was here again..

I've tried on MS-DOS mode, here I tried to delete it, doesn't work, so I've deleted the folder itself then make a "dir" (tell?) and there were no trace of it. then restart and back to the begining "He" resurcted once more.

since I've thinked that 2 rpogram can be the source of it I've uninstaled them and re-instaled them, no changes...
I've made a "Sfc" command with the CD from window to repair all demaged Explorer files, still no changes.

So if someone have an idea of what it can be and how I get rid of it thanks really since from now on my CPU works, but with this error window open and if I clic it or even sometimes itslef will shut everything down.

Please help me!!!>_<
so far the only solution I've found is the ledgendary magical spell: FORMAT C:

but I wish to avoid it...
