Well if we keep the fact that Heihachi is dead who will be the boss this year?? IMO I wish for the big return of Unknow, she was visualy the best boss ever in a TEKKEN game, finally she can come with her own story and her own moves as well.
On a 2nd place I think that devil Kazuya can come back, and on a 3rd row a brand new characters, the one who gives order to the Jack army and this new Black dude.
Your guess?

I'm hoping for someone new myself. An ugly female would be nice. (Yes I'm being serious, though maybe just plain and not trying to be sexy at all.)
Somehow I don't really believe Pimpmaster H is really dead though. He's the Geese of the Tekken world after all.
I also hope this game is nothing like Tekken 4, which I could not bring myself to play for more than five minutes, even though it looked much better than 3.
Updated when I can... which isn't very often. ^_^;;

Heihachi hasn't always been the boss... there's always Ogre. Still I think it will be a new character. I also think Heihachi will still be in the game as a time release character, afterall they never show his dead body.

Since Jin was such a bastard in competive play in Tekken 4, I think he should be the boss. Maybe after beating him, you get to fight devil or angel version of Jin.

What I'm sick of is the Japanese hero type of characters often being given unfair advantages. This goes for Jin, Akira, SC1 Mitsurugi etc.

Oh how I hated SC 1 Mitsurugi. Jin still doesn't seem half the man he was in Tekken 3, though. No spinning Heihachi propeller kick is a tragedy.

Yeah, Heihachi most likely is the boss again. The clues are all there. Kazuya smiled right before he left Heihachi to die. That leads me to believe that he was probably the guy Raven was reporting to at the end. The story of Tekken 5 will probably have Kazuya in total control of the Mishima conglomerate once again, but of course the boss will be Heihachi, back once again from the dead after finding out about Kazuya's ploy. They fight, somebody dies, cue Tekken 6 music, bada bing.

Something inside me wants Jin to be the boss, so in that case you know for certain that he is going to lose against someone.
Penguins are also an atractive choice.
