Can this really be the comeback for Capcom Fighting All-Stars? At E3?

I hope so.

Can my psychic prediction (made every month for the past six months) have come true?

It sure looks like it... it will be nice to see more solid confirmation though. I don't doubt the authenticity of this list (probably leaked), though.

And about DMC3, they had better get Kamiya back on board instead of the weenie director of 2. Of course, that might end up ruining Viewtiful Joe 2. Oh well, one great action game a year from Capcom will have to do.

Speaking of Viewtiful Joe.... I heard a rumor that Dante will be a playable character in the PS2 port, any merit to that?

I can only hope this game is CFAS. By the way, Evolution is a much better title. While I liked the cast of CFAS, All Stars was the wrong name for the game especially if it lacks Megaman, Morrigan and others.

OK, sure...we might get CFAS, but wouldn't it be BETTER if it was a NEW 2D fighting game that might not suck?

(the implication is not that CFAS WILL suck, but that it very well might)

Recently I'm thinking this is nothing but a plot; after all so many random news about the game have produced a big fan base for the game..... I'm getting this one for sure, if it ever comes out of course, so their pla worked with me XD

Okay - usually I don't post without having something to contribute but, man the above statement is too funny.

Good show old man.

Errr... slightly on topic: I've learned never to expect anything new from Capcom (not that CFAS would really be new) when they can rerelease or rehash old properties. I've been burned too many times to get excited by this.

GamePro recently featured an article about interesting games that were previewed numerous times, were pretty far along in development, and then were just quietly cancelled, leaving gamers wondering what they could've been like. Games like Thrill Kill, Harry Potter Online, Conker's Quest, and CFAS.

Do you know what this will mean, if it turns out to be true? It will mean that even when GamePro is absolutely 100% correct, the universe gazes upon their correctness and actually realigns itself to make them wrong. I don't know who it was over there that pissed off which ancient vengeful deity, but they pissed that ancient vengeful deity off somethin' fierce.
