Yep. His last name is phonetically rendered as スティル "sutiru." The English word "steel" is normally rendered as スチール "suchiiru" -- although スティール "sutiiru" is sometimes seen as an acceptable alternative (as in Steel Ball Run). スティール "sutiiru" is also the phonetization of the English word "steal."
Every Chinese KOF guidebook I own insists on spelling his last name as either "Steel" or "Steele," but I've always quietly railed against this spelling (and in favor of "Still"). Arcadia also used the "Still" spelling in their recently released mook, "KOF2003 Flame of Nova."

I know this probably won't happen, but I'm crossing my fingers that they'll include Yamazaki in this one. I'd like to see a high-quality 3D Yamazaki...
