All these Japanese game reviews lately make me want to buy a Japanese PS2 (or PSTwo, if the rumors are correct).
Siren, Shadow Hearts II...etc. Such good RPGs that would be so much fun to play, especially in Japanese.
Unfortunately, it would probably take me 5 times the amount of hours the game is supposed to take to finish... I wish my Kanji was good enough. =P I guess I just have to wait till summer and then hit the Heisig method. Hard.
Anyway, great review. Really makes me wanna play the game.

I have to say : exodus made a really great job for taking my broken translation and translating it in proper english.
KTallguy : I think the biggest problem you will have to face will be less with the kanji (text written) then with all the people talking at normal speed without subtitles, since, as I said, each sentence is either important, extra funny, or both.

Damn, I forgot about it too... It could have been a nice counterfire to Tim Roger's attempts at self concious blogs. LET'S DO IT !

Nevermind, I guess the character looks a bit older than 12. I was getting him mixed up with the kid calling to his mom in the commercial.

ah, I don't know about this one. I'm not used to do things for people to like them. I think I'll check it tomorrow, I have a few gross things to do with a bear today. (See, I too can talk about my so interesting life on the internet and pretend everybody is interested in it ! Now I have to be able to do it while pretending I'm writing a review on a game I've played half an hour.)

Great review, but too much detail spoilers, as someone in the IC forums said. Anyways, if it's only spoilers of the first hours it's OK I guess. I didn't know much about the game (except that Iggy loved it), and the concept and specially the shibitos looks great. Good job at making the game interesting, Iggy.

I can't think of anything to do with a bear that would not be gross.
oh and whatever you do with the AA doesn't *have* to be interesting for people. Only if you feel like it. But I feel like it needs a page 3, or conclusion. EH?

The review is fine as is. But if Iggy felt the need to write a review for another game having an all AA review would be stunning.
