... set to be released Spring/Summer 2005, as announced Saturday at Anime Boston 2004, and currently reported on the front page of AnimeOnDVD. There's also a whole mess of other licenses to note -- just follow that AnimeOnDVD link. (... though, I suspect I know one man there who cheered for the Princess Tutu announcement.)

... and now I go back to perusing FansView's AB2004 cosplay photos.

I heard the license to it was incredibly expensive -- I'd assume that it'd only be just recently that North American naime licensors would be able to afford it.

I kinda lost interest in Kodocha when they introduced Fukka (sic?) and then Sana went to America where EVERY TEN SECONDS THEY DID THAT HORRIBLE DRUM STICK ROUTENE. I think I would have liked it better if they cut some of the dead time/episodes out and sped it up a bit (odd saying this for a show with "Ultra Relax" as its theme).

Fuka's purpose is to tell you it's time to stop following this anime. The series was the best ever for the first 19 eps, then started to slide and by Fuka (who is just an evil Sana clone anyway) the show has become almost unwatchable and all the characters (except Sana) become completely unlikable. I seriously wanted every character except Sana to die at one point.

Needless to say, I'll buy it up to the first 30 eps and stop to avoid the horror of Fuka.

When Fuka had to get eye surgery, I thought it would be immensely amusing if the doctor brought in comically large tools to operate on them.
