Takehito Harada, the artist. There's a CD with the art in digital format, got it in a torrent some time ago :P
I got it too, and considering the quality i assumed it was from a cd. It was labeled as being from one of the artbooks, though.
I still want to get them all, though. Better than in the computer.

All the disgaea publications and goods. http://www.nippon1.co.jp/contents/game/disgaea/_books.htm
Disgaea revelations is the only one that has art of Laharl's family, including his mother, uncle, aunt, and cousins. But no little sister. His little sister needs to become canon. Someday.
Not that you can consider revelations canon, that is.

, posted Sun 4 Apr 14:19 Spoiler (Highlight to view) - Why is Prinny Kurtis on so many of those Japanese art/guide books? There are several covers with just Laharl, Etna, Flonne, and... Prinny Kurtis, but only one with Gordon or Jennifer on it. Is he really, really popular among the Japanese fans or something?
End of Spoiler

She's in the character collection! Just the design arts. She's supposed to some super genius, and she had the gothic lolita dressing complete with devil wings. She could have been a hidden character. But... she... got scrapped.
