Again, this is a question a friend made me. There's a pic floating around in the web with 12 costumes for Pia Carrot 3, but the Dreamcast version seems to have only three at the start. The others aren't on the game? Thanks for any help.

When Pia Carrot 3 was in development people was able to vote for their favorite costumes online. The top 3 are the ones that made it into the game. If my memory is correct, there were more than 12 costumes in the ballot; I think there were 24 or 36. Maybe more, but for sure I remember there was more than row of costumes.

VManOfMana is right, only the 3 most popular uniforms [Paro Paro, Floral (Mint) and Tropical] Types were selected out of 13 by (online) voting. Or I think they did something funny with the Paro Paro Type uniform just before the voting ended? IIRC, I managed to unlock more girls after completing some scenarios in the DC version, but nothing about extra uniforms.
Maybe more uniforms are available in the Pia Carrot 3.3 GBA game coming out next month? I haven't tried that one out yet, due to lack of a GBA in my life.
Pia Carrot games are enjoyable and quite straightforward :)

Well, you could start by sharing the ones you got.
If anyone got the URL of the Pia Carrot web page, it may be possible to find the version of the page during the voting time at archive org. But for that, we need the time period the voting was done.
Actually, if we can get the URL where the voting was placed it could be easy to find... but I am not sure where I saw the news about voting... it could have been here, Canned Dogs, Insert Credit or Natsume Maya's news. Maaaaybe Freetype? or Megatokyo?
