I'm looking forward to Tekken 5, because Tekken 4 flopped in S.Korean arcade.

I'm pretty sure it'll be a short clip and not much else. That, and Namco's booth has always been pretty disappointing every E3. They don't advertise their games well and they are usually very behind releasing games in the US after being in Japan for a while.

Tekken has a way to go to restore their former glory, but I'm hoping that they will get their groove back.

DAMN YOU!! Snes era was great for E3 namco; I always remembered Atlus, Natsume & Namco staff, and maybe Konami's one.

And Tekken 5 will be at the E3, yes??? Well, deception comes soon; if Namco is going to lose their integrity and attempt to rip off VF then I will be mostly unpleased. I agree that Tekken needs a new direction; but that's is that, a NEW direction.

I would so like to attend E3. If only I weren't saving up for my Italy trip at the moment. Rats.

Hmmmm......Rome or video games? The Vatican or video games? Choices....

Heh heh -- personally, I'd stick with the Vatican. [EDIT: I love it when games recreate certain architecture or styles of architecture -- but to actually see it in person is another matter. ]

Besides, with E3, there's a bit of a requirement.

... but there's a way to get around it: make a small little gaming news site right before E3, and present yourself as media. You might still have to pay about US$200 for the tickets (or is it more?), but it works. That's how one of my friends got in.

Well this is absolutely nor official at all but some rumor said that the VF ripp off will be on the character customisation, like suit costumes, and such, just like SC 2 and his hidden stuff Costumes and blades.
and not on the game mechanics.

Once again it's not official.

I hope that turns out to be true since I found the customized character thing to be a fun addition to VF. Whether it's color edits in 2D games or the ability to stick stupid crap on the models of 3D fighters, the ability to make fighting game characters look foolish amuses me to no end.

I see, and I have to say that I find Tekken force to be extremely neat (I think it could take life as an individual game and do well) I do agree that the Tekken game lacks neat extras and options. Tekken 3 was like the best console port for a Tekken, unique costumes, tekken force and exclusive characters.... TO BAD I DON'T OWN THE DAMN GAME >_< .... But I'll be mine soon XD
