Like other, say... Cultural Masterpieces, like The Bible, Don Quijote or the adventures of Tintin, seems FFVI is being (fan-)translated to any language, spoken or not.
For example, to Latin, which is this case. Too bad the one I came across is uncomplete. Very funny to read.
BTW, can you guess which lines from the game are these?
