|  "Sorry to ask but...ROM/Emulator Question"

I plan on doing some sprite rips and have had problems finding the proper ROM/Emulators needed. I know that this question is not supposed to be asked here and to be honest, I'd rather be emailed the info than have it posted to the forum (zamuel01 -notspam@hotmail.com) and only want it for games I already own (mainly KOF98&99, SFA3, and Night Warriors: Darkstalker's Revenge but I'll do my full 2D fight list later). MAME searches are only turning up broken links and popup multispawns so far. Any help?
