How can it be cheesier than Kasumi Ninja or Ultra Vortek? Does it have something more ludicrous than a kilted Scotsman lifting said kilt to shoot a fireball at you? Or a worse misappropriation of an -ality than the "poopality?"

Yes, it is horrible. It was also cancelled before it ever reached arcades for that very same reason.

So this beta exist some where?? I was thinking thatonly aklaim got it... and if it's emulated I didn't know on what emuletor it could be.
IMO I only saw those pics and some in a magazine...

The ROM itself is already "in" MAME, but not playable. It runs on ZN-derivative hardware (SFEX et al) and will probably be playable fairly soon with a little luck.
