Predator!
It takes a well-equipped exceptional human to stand up to an average predator, and the aliens by themselves are no match for someone who's prepared for them, let alone someone who hunts the little buggers like the predator does. Androids lack the (survival) instinct to match the non-humans, so their possible only advantage is in their build when compared to humans.
So it goes like this:
humans < androids < aliens < predators
Batman's already busy chasing whomever got out of Arkham or Blackgate this time, but assuming he takes part in this, and if we consider him as an exceptionally prepared human, which he is, he might stand reasonably between the alien and predator. His chances against the predator would most likely depend on how familiar he is with the place where he'd face off again Mr Death-on-Legs himself, but I'd say i na random environment the Predator would still have an advantage, and probably let Batman live because of their honour code, since I've read some where that Predators are supposed to have one...
