Aaaah, if only half of those could be true, I would be a happy man. Especially the first one :

- Actraiser on GBA is in developement.
- The sequel to Gundam Seed should be here in september.
- The next shipping of PSX should have a bigger HD.
- Mojib ribbon make extremely poorly (I heard it only sold 1000 copies, but it can't be true) although it costed a lot (4 years to develop). The director was... well, you can imagine.
- It seems there is a huge difference between the cost of the next Sakura Taisen and the sales expectations, and there may be cuts in the developement.
- Toei, who owns the rights for the 7 samurai, seems not very happy about Sammy's project to turn it into a game, and the battle ahead may be harsh.
- Sega's employees were instructed not to answer to the user's concerns about the buying of the society by Sammy. Very, very few people are spreading bad words about Sammy and are trying to make Sega merge with Namco instead.
- The beta test of PS2 online Catan will end in January, and the PC beta will end in march. Strangely, Capcom doesn't seem to have any projects to begin a paying service about this game. Abon?
- At the last TGS, the famous game maker C lost a debug PS2 that Sony gave him in secret.
- The event for the anniversary of Street Fighter was a disaster (100 persons? It can't be...) and of course, they blame the public relations guy for it, not the guy who decided to make such a stupid and empty event in the first place.
- The Dreamcast team has been scaterred for long, of course, but every november, they go drink all together and spend the whole night together. Haaaaa....
- Sega's boss Oguchi is a fan of jogging. Some people swear they have heard him shout : "next time, I'll go to the honolulu marathon!"
- What's the name of the compagny who makes Advanced VG? Well, anyway, T, "maker of a famous waitress-fighting game" looks for (female, of course) cosplayers who would appear in the next game. 2 mounth after they began to search, they have found less than 10 candidates (what a surprise)

Sequel or remake? Either way, we can only hope...

I don't know if this is it or not, but there's certainly something screwy about the new Sakura Taisen game. It was originally supposed to be released last July, but the promotional images for it weren't even out until the fall, and now we haven't heard anything about it since. I know the game was originally delayed a few months because Overworks decided to make Kunoichi after Shinobi, but what could've gone wrong after that?

That game is a crime against man. Just thought I'd reiterate that.

I second that... it's just so terrible when it should of been so much more.

What the hell did they expect? I mean, I like Street Fighter and all, but the whole event was stupid and lackluster. Also the special anniversary game, while a neat idea, should have been so much more if they wanted to impress anyone.

I am actually surprised. Many cosplayers are huge attention whores (I'm sure no one here is like that so please let's not start an argument) so the prospect of having their likeness in an actual product sounds like it'd be very enticing to them.

The remake of ST1 felt like it got its budget cut mid-development so that's not surprising. They also have three games to budget with ST5, ST5 Action, and Mysterious Paris. At least they'll be able to sell ST5A could sell in the US being a Dynasty Warriors ripoff.

I'm not even looking forward to ST5.

This is great news to me. I think Advanced VG2 is a great 2D fighter and I'd love to see a sequel to it. They're probably just selective since most cosplayers are dogs.

That could be cool.

Was there a problem with the size of the HD in the initial shipment of PSX's? [Geez, why did they have to name it that? In my mind PS1 is still PSX.]

I haven't played this game and based on the screenshots and stuff I've heard I never, ever want to touch it. But what I do find interesting about this rumor is this is one of the first times I've heard of an owner of an intellectual property getting mad about a crappy licensed game. I hope this starts a trend and we'll finally see an end to lousy movie tie-in games.

I donīt find anything wrong with liking attention, but this reminded of a Comikon picture. The one with 200 or so guys taking photos of two female cosplayers, one of them dressed as Sakura (i think), and not bothered by the fact a dozen of the guys were lying down on the floor, taking pictures of her panties.

Does anyone remember this pic? I donīt remember the url of where i saw it.

Well, if the cosplay part was not only for the select character screen but also for the... ahem... "after fight" action, I can understand why very few accepted. Especially the ones who were proposed the role of the meganekko. I don't have much faith in humanity, especially when humanity cosplays and is japanese, but I don't think even this humanity would want to be thrown into a pool full of sperm.
